I am considering abandoning a project and am wondering what rubric to use for a refund. I included hosting, so if i do an entire refund i should delete the account right? I have expended a lot of effort, and am wondering if there are any formal/informal policies out there governing this to reference. I have quite a few clients waiting in the wings and my attitude about mr www.domain "x" is starting to affect me... opinions?
