Here is what I need for my site so that I can finish it.

1) Index page with Logo and Links in place.
2) Page with integrated contact form.

The site needs to be designed such that I can put my content into it to make sales.

However I want the site designed in HTML with as little coding as possible, it needs to load quickly and to be ready for immediate SERP crawls.

I will push the site and any images up to my server so it will need to be delivered via .zip file to me.

Again pretty straight forward, the template simply needs to be expandable so that I can put up an about page and the contact page and possibly put in a few articles. Later I will use the front page to expand to different services that we are offering.

The overall site is to be utilized for a team of writers to sell articles and content.
