I have a domain that is just sitting there at the moment so ive decided to turn it into a football forum, and because i dont plan on making a real big go of things i was just wondering does anybody know of any good quality free forums?

I used to use invision but now you must pay to use invision.

And preferbly some tutorials on how to design your own skin?
