I think budgettruckparts and ethicalstores are your real treasures here, easily worth a few thousand apiece if you can find the right buyer, maybe more.

I especially like the idea behind ethical stores combining the best of the fair trade stores and ethical society movements. Alas, "Fair Trade" has become something of a joke these days, having nothing to do with providing decent wages to third world workers except in a relative and blatantly hypocritical sense (i.e. 60 cents an hour may be better than average wages in Zimbabwe, and thus producing acceptable goods for a so-called "fair trade store") which essentially makes every piece of Chinese crap sold by Wal Mart every bit as much "Fair Trade" as anything pushed in the hoighty-toighty Fair Trade shops. The Ethical Society movement, on the other hand, seems to be flourishing and holding fast to its ideals (other than for a few misguided members who operate Fair Trade stores...) so maybe you're on to something here. I think you should invest a little time in developing it and then sell it for nothing less than an honest living wage (NOT a third-world living wage!) PLUS another 3 to 5 thousand dollars for having the foresight to register this.
