What makes a site worth $x,xxx?
Hello,
I'm looking to selling a site for $x,xxx by christmas, so I can go overseas with my family, what characteristics of a developed website make it worth $x,xxx? traffic wise? revenue wise?
I'm not sure how I can develop a site worth $x,xxx in such a short timeframe but I'd like to know your views..
