I've started investigating the various reseller platforms available for domain registrations and would like to hear from users as to their experiences with various providers. I'm leaning towards opensrs.com. Any comments?

I want a very fast, reliable platform to interface with, via a supplied interface, moving onto a customised version hosted by myself, using an API to the reseller platform. Excellent customer support is a must. I've been using 000domains.com for purchasing domains for my customers - their interface is great, but their support is shocking. They seem to have discontinued their reseller platform.
