Hello, this may sound silly.. but I'm a hardcore gamer (I play online games) and I play this one game that has items, coins.. basically everything needed for an ingame business. I would like to make a website for it, but a real company already exists under that name with a .com address, but the .net is available.

Could I get in any sort of legal trouble if I registered the .net and even used the same name even though my company would be strictly non profit, operating in a game?
