Simple Question:

I just signed up on NameCheap for the first time, as I purchased a domain and am trying to transfer from NameCheap to GoDaddy. I already made the necessary requests via GoDaddy, and a couple days later, this morning, I received this e-mail from NameCheap. My question is: is this simply notification that my domain will now be transfered from NameCheap to GoDaddy?

(I already e-mailed them asking this as well)
