Firm not co-operating with client
Hello,
A friend whom I am helping has a problem with a company. Let me explain.
The company concerned has registered a domain name and put up a website with her content on it. They are now ignoring a request to transfer a domain name. So we have registered a new domain, and have set this up.
The problem is, what rights does my friend have, her content is on the website, but essentially she has no control over it, because the company who deal with it are not helping.
We want the domain name transferred.
Can any one help?
... some of the websites I looked up on this don't seem very helpful, or practical.
Many thanks in advance
Russell
