Thread: April 2010 - DomainForums.com Gets an Upgrade, Redesign and Second Life

DomainForums.com has been online since 2005. It was a fast growing community in 2005 and 2006 but has been neglected in the last few years due to a lack of moderation.

In April 2010, a new team was appointed to revamp and revive DF. We have started to improve the forums and would appreciate your feedback on features, content and services that you would like as a DF member. Please feel free to post your requests & suggestions below.

Here's a log of what we've done so far:

1. Upgraded vB to the latest version
2. Improved the Forum Theme design
3. Repaired bugs and glitches in the site
4. Set appropriate vB options & settings
5. Cleared up 2-3 years of spam postings
6. Reorganized forums & setup new areas
7. Developed a Domain News RSS aggregator

Coming Soon:

• A Domain Registrars page with the best registrars & their prices for domain registration/renewals.
• A Domain Resources page to list domain events, domain service providers, domain tools and more.
• A Domain Monetization page covering domain parking, development & other monetization resources.

There are a load of other features and content that will be added to DomainForums.com over the next few months. We hope you stick around and help us breathe a second life into the DF Community.
