Many people on the web, wonder how to make money, however; it's quite simple to make money online. First off, look on sitepoint, if you are active, on forums, and want to make a quick buck or two, check their 'looking to hire' forum, and see if someone is hiring to post on their forum, and jump on that offfer.
It's the fastest way to make $5 - as some people pay $5 for 25 posts, and for some people, it only takes a few minutes to post 25 quality posts.

Also, some people may want to hire people to code for them because, well, they need someone to help them with their project or something. And, if you're a freelancer you can make around $500+ coding scripts, it's another great way to make money.

I, however, made $35 just by coding a simple login script for someone, and boy was I happy with that $35. Why? Because a login script only takes a few minutes to make. It amazes me how some people like to spend big bucks on scripts that do not take a long time to code.

There's another way to make money on the web, and that's ads! Some people like to put ads up on their site, to help fund it, or to make some money, so that they can launch advertising campaigns and the like. However, this method works out great; depending on what type of advertising campaign you decide to put your site on. Lastly, there's selling currency on other sites. Some people on neopets have sold their neopoints for over $500+, that's because they sold the rarest goods, and some clients of theirs paid for some neopoints.

I, however, only made $20 trying this method though. I sold some neopoints to some kid I knew, and he bought 5million neopoints off of me.

Well, I did say that the above method was the last one, however, I decided to throw up another method, which is being paid to promote a site.

Some people cannot find the time to advertise their site, so they'll pay you $$$ to advertise their site for them, or do SEO for them, so that they can get better search engine results.

This method takes a long time to finish though because it takes a lot of time and effot, to get great search engines results, and to promote a site -- you have to find the right market and such to do so, however, if done right, you're client will be one happy person.
