Does anyone know of any good PayPal paying PPC program other than BidVertiser (http://www.bidvertiser.com)? Bidvertiser has a low payout but it is hard to reach because you don't really get much for your clicks and Bidvertiser doesn't really count ALL the clicks and to make it worse, they are very slow on paying you when you reach payout.

Would anyone be able to recommend any good PPC program that pays through PayPal?
