i am selling FullTemplates.net. I set up the website to sell re-saleable products such as web site templates, eBooks and niche Software but never had the time to develop and promote it further. Then i was having trouble with my web host and from then on i let the site down.

FullTemplates.net is using a paypal software for digital goods called EzyPal. It is registered under my account and will be transfered to the new owner's account.

I can sell FullTemplates.net without the EzyPal software & design (Domain Name only) or including the EzyPal software & design but then without the templates, eBooks & software. This would be too much trouble.
