I will own Finance.cm in a deal going through next week and I would like to lease it for just $6,800 per month next week. I was able to secure this top domain from a contact in the domain industry this week. .CM domain names will not be available to the public to register until February 2010, or around then I think.

All of the good keyword domains were ordered months ago, some sold for as much as $35,000 this week! It is only the average domains that will be available next year and they are expected to only bring in a low amount of traffic.

Imagine someone wants to visit http://www.finance.com tomorrow, they accidently type http://www.finance.cm, they will be redirected to our domain http://www.finance.cm, which could look like a convincing, home page, very similar in style to what you would expect to see at http://www.finance.com. Except that could also contain a search bar, and a few unobtrusive links to finance subjects like ‘Loans’, ‘Credit Cards’ etc., the kind of subjects you would see on a typical parked domain page.

Now, it is easily attainable that a proper landing page optimized for Pay-Per-Click advertisements will result in a 30%-40% click-through-rate. Especially if you were to put some effort into ensuring the advertisements were targeted around the domain name or keywords at the similar .com page.

It is obvious that with this type of traffic, www.Finance.cm could pull in some huge advertising revenue - as much a $800-$1800 per day. You could make it financially if you lease our domain name. You can lease it for as long as you want.

What Are You Trying to Tell Us Here?

The point of what I am trying to say should have become clear by this point, but I will write it out again: our Finance.cm misspelled domain can make you a lot of money. All you need to do is put up a landing page. The fact of the matter is, the people who type in www.Finance.cm (instead of www.Finance.com) can make you thousands of pounds per day. Dare I say that it is probably safe to assume that you didn’t even realize this; maybe if you did, you would have ordered you own top generic .cm domain.

This is 100% the way to the perfect money-making opportunity. But you could miss this domain name if you don't rent it from us which could let you miss out on perhaps thousands of pounds per day. If you were to lease our domain, you could add this to your other income.

One final thing, a person who types in www.finance.cm must end up at our website. This means that it is free direct traffic that could be thousands or tens of thousands of visitors per day. You must realise that this is not search engine traffic where you need to work hard at positioning your website on the first page of Google. There is no competition! You could even sell your own products or get your own advertising.
