I highly recommend liquidweb for there fast support and reliable connectivity for fully managed dedicated servers.

PowerVPS is awesome for those who want root access without the big dedicated price tag. When dealing with dedicated server i prefer to deal direct with the datacenter rather than having a hosting company between my and my server.
