haha! yep, that would be a great idea, you know people do have lives and they can sit in front of the computer all day (bad for your health) like some other computer geeks out there, you need to go out, wriggle your legs and get some fresh air.. you won't live too long being a caveman, living inside and never going outside.. that's when this feature comes into play, when you get a support email, your phone rings and you run back to your house and answer it :P that's true 24/7 support for ya!
