I've pretty much made it clear to myself that I'm building a freelance network, as I have 4 domains with the word freelance in them!
Here are the domains and a small description of their intended uses:

1) How2Freelance.com
Website providing articles to designers and programmers on how to become a freelancer, keep doing it and how to get good on it. Articles range from clients to business ethics and law.

2) TheFreelanceCafe.com
A friendly community for freelancers, they can come and chat about their experiances and help others along the way.

3) FreelanceTutorials.com
At first, this will be redirected to How2Freelance's tutorial section. Will provide design and programming tutorials mainly aimed at freelancers or people who want to become freelancers working with either design or programming.

4) FindFreelanceJobs.com
You've all seen these type of sites on the net, the ones where you can bid for jobs or post them. Well FFJ is going to be something unique, I have a few ideas so can't give too much away, but it will be based around the same concept.

What I need suggestions on is a root domain, a domain for the network, as this is going to be a network for freelancers. I've already had some great suggestions but the domains aren't available so I want to get your suggestions guys :)

Thanks in advance,
How2Freelance.

I've just tried about 20. No luck, I didn't realise these freelance domains were so popular

Nice network you have in the works H2F. I can’t wait to see the sites live.

I am with crabby, I just tried quite a few domains and they were all taken. Perhaps it might be an idea to email a few owners of already registered domains and see if you can get a bargain.

Good luck with your hunt. :)

Thanks jon, I'm planning on contacting the owners of some domains such as GoFreelance.com

I feel a bit gutted (unlucky) as a member from TF suggested FreelanceVault.com, I go and whois it and it ws only registered 5 days ago :( So I missed that, shame! But I'm still going to email the owner :)

Thanks everyone, if you have any more suggestions they are welcome :)
