Help Me with my domain settings..plzzzzzzzzz

1)I bought this domain name.
whostz.info

2) Taken hosting from here: www.techiehost.org
and added ns1.techiehost.org and ns2.techiehost.org as my domain nameserver.

3)Than I signed for Microsoft Live domain service here :
http://domains.live.com

After signing up at Microsoft live domain service, I got some DNS setting for my domain name.

4) Loged in my domain control panel.Did required DNS setting.But my domain name ask me to add 4 nameserver to activate my DNS service.

5) So, I added nameserver mentioned in my domain control panel.

6) After adding nameserver my DNS service is active...BUT I am facing these problems.
My site is not opening with www
Some times, my site does not open without www
Some times, manage DNS page in my domain control is not opeing.

hello friends i would like to tell u that i want to create my own web site but there is a problem with the domain name of my web site.i mean i would like to know that how can i get that domain name of my website.
