Anyone Use Domainsite?

I just started using them and so far, they have been quite good.

That's a nice engine. i enjoy watching the load of all the tld's as they render. it's a clean page. I especially like the under construction page they offer free. I am sick of the sedo bookmark. Could anything be more blank than a random directory of ad links?

I knew $7.97 wasn't good...I didn't realize that DomainSite took Paypal.

Well, when you get to the checkout page you can choose to pay through credit card or you can tick the box corresponding to "PayPal" and then it would take you to the IPN page and you would login, pay and then your domain would be registered just like that ;)

I'm a proud DomainSite user, and have been for the past 2 years now :)

but sjaguar is it still cheaper than godaddy with the discount option?

I think GoDaddy is cheaper with that discount coupon, but somehow I've become so attached with using DomainSite and I can't seem to try registering domains at a different registrar.

If you use the email forward thing and then the coupon, GoDaddy is still cheaper, but I sold some domains and people get mad when they are at GoDaddy. A lot of people refuse to buy GoDaddy (and RegFly) domains and will only buy them if they are registered at DomainSite. I only started using them because I use automate everything and GoDaddy's "Type this number in" thing kills that.

With GoDaddy being the most popular registrar I don't see how anyone would have an issue buying a domain which is registered at GoDaddy, come to think of it, GoDaddy is even bigger than DomainSite, and their customer service is much better, but even though, I still love DomainSite! :)

sjaguar i see now why in certain forums you need to post what reg it's at. This must because so many folks have the Goddaddy bugaboo.
